Refund policy

At Navavedam Wellness, a brand owned and operated by Navavedam Ecofarms Private Limited, we value your trust and strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, certain hygiene and quality standards apply to all return and replacement requests.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case-by-case basis, and it is always our endeavor to assist our customers to the best of our ability wherever applicable.

The following genuine cases will be taken into consideration:
- Product received in damaged or leaking condition.
- Missing product(s) in the order.
- Wrong product(s) delivered.
- Expired product delivered.

Customers must bring such issues to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).

All claims for shortages, damages, or wrong deliveries must be reported to our customer support team at: naturecare@navavedamwellness.com.

Conditions Eligible for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
1. Wrong product delivered.
2. Expired product delivered.
3. Damaged product delivered – such as physical damage, tampered packaging, or leakage.
4. Incomplete order – missing product(s) in the package.

Conditions Where Return/Replacement Will Not Be Accepted

- Opened, used, or altered products.
- Products with missing original packaging, labels, or mono cartons.
- Return/replacement request initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Damage or missing product reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

How Returns Are Processed

Once you raise a return or replacement request, our logistics team will arrange for a pickup of the product from your registered address.
- Our courier partner will collect the product within 5–7 business days after the return request is approved.
- The returned item will be sent to our warehouse for quality inspection.
- After successful verification by our Quality Control Team, a refund or replacement will be initiated as per the applicable policy.

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet) within 7 business working days after the return has been approved and the product passes quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers will be required to provide their bank account details for the refund transfer.

Refund Timeline

- For cancelled orders: Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- For returned orders: Refunds are initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.

Please note: This entire process may take up to 14 business days (2 weeks) after the returned product has been received at our facility.
